1. How can I return my online order?
With Oil and Gaz, you have 7 days to change your mind.
If you bought a product and you are not 100% satisfied, you can change your mind and return the product to us or in one of Mike Sport stores and we will process an exchange or refund.
Please make sure to e-mail us beforehand to make sure that the prcedure is doable.

2. How long do I have to wait for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with all your order details and shipment updates. You can check the tracking number on your Order Confirmation Page. The total delivery time includes the warehouse processing time and home delivery by our carriers, and it depends on your address.
Delivery time for domestic orders is up 5 business days for Standard Shipping provided the address is duly completed. Our team will contact you to schedule the delivery date for Heavy Goods Shipping.
Our Carrier will contact you 3 times in 3 consecutive working days to verify the address and agree on delivery time.
Customers have the option to collect their shipments from Aramex offices.
International Express Shipments will be treated on a case-by-case basis. All details will be sent to you once order is placed.

3. How can I cancel my order?
You cancel your order free of any charge within 2 hours from purchase time. Please send a cancellation email to ecom@mikesport.com with your order number and details.
Once your order is "preparation in progress" or "dispatched" status we are no longer able to undertake any modifications/ cancellations because the order is being loaded or already in the hands of the courier. Your parcel is deemed to be in the process of being shipped.
As a last resort, you can refuse the parcel when delivered and the delivery company will send back the parcel to Mike Sport. You can as well exercise your right to return after reception.

4. Do you ship internationally?
We do. We will send your order wherever you are in the world.

6. How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
You will receive an email confirmation with all your order details and shipment updates. You can check the tracking number on your Order Confirmation Page. The total delivery time includes the warehouse processing time and home delivery by our carriers, and it depends of your address.
The delivery date is based on the delivery date of the product with the longest delivery time.
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email and shortly after you will be able to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Please note Lebanese public holidays may affect your delivery time.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

8. I have not received my order confirmation. Has my order gone through?
You have followed all the steps to place your order and made your payment with no difficulty? That's good news.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your order to be confirmed, as MikeSport.com uses card authorization and fraud screening to ensure safe and secure shopping.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Now you will be able to follow your order status in your personal account at MikeSport.com 'My Account'. 9. I have a problem with the product I received. What can I do?
Our technical support team will respond to your request regarding assembly of items, missing parts, items damaged during transportation or manufacturing faults within 2 business days.
